About the person

You will have a technical, logical thought process, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to adhere to strict deadlines.

About the role

Responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of the technology infrastructure (hardware, software, network) utilised in the day to day operations of the agency. This support function monitors and maintains the technology infrastructure, installs, configures, and troubleshoots hardware and software, and resolves technical issues in a timely manner.


  • Delivering IT support to approx. 180 users (95% Mac, 5% Windows)
  • Handles the administration and maintenance of network servers and communications systems.
  • Develops and implements application support and continuing education for end-users.
  • Develops long-term relationships with Accenture IT colleagues as relates to policy and procedure for procurement of hardware, software, training and systems support.
  • Develops and implements asset tracking and equipment re-deployment programs.
  • Develops and implements hardware preventative maintenance programme to maximise ROI.
  • Interacts directly with end-users for application support for Mac OS.
  • Interacts with clients when necessary to develop or improve electronic communication between agency and client or third party.
  • Installs software, repairs/replaces broken hardware, manages inventory, installs upgrades, documents procedures and end-user how-to.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, servers and backups
  • Setting up / closing accounts for users on software subscriptions
  • Testing new technology
  • Manage users on the Company mobile phone plan, ordering devices, adding/removing people to the account
  • Monitors and maintains mail account administration
  • Plans, implements and manages software and data migrations
  • Advises on infrastructure risk and risk mitigation
  • Develop and monitor compliance by all agency employees of IT standards which are critical to the integrity, security and performance of agency’s technical infrastructure.
  • Oversees and responsible for the implementation and performance of all corporate-wide technology initiatives


  • Relevant technical qualification is desired.
  • Experience and detailed knowledge of Google suite of apps, drive and administration panel is a distinct advantage
  • 3 plus years of work experience with network infrastructure, operations and application support is required.
  • Experience with desktop systems (PC and Mac) required
  • Experience working on corporate-wide projects would be an advantage
  • Fine-tuned and advanced troubleshooting skills on OS X.
  • You will be required to carry a company issued mobile phone
