We are looking for... a Talent Acquisition Manager with proven success in delivering on wide-ranging recruitment initiatives.

About the role

Working closely in partnership with the Resource function and Heads of Department to identify workforce and skill requirements for the business. Responsible for the effective and timely delivery on the Company’s recruitment plans and goals.


Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted advisor to internal leaders bringing clarity to workforce planning strategies, leveraging data to determine both short- and long-term recruiting plans.
  • Develop best-in-class talent acquisition strategies, methods, referrals, direct sourcing, and social media strategy in partnership with Marketing and all Heads of Department.
  • Use robust recruiting/interviewing techniques and background checks to ensure right fit candidate every time, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Effectively manage all current recruiting tools including Internet search for candidate sourcing, job boards, social media outlets, industry forums, college recruitment.
  • Identify and implement an appropriate applicant tracking system.
  • Manage, develop and lead external recruiter partnerships.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of talent to support talent initiatives.
  • Support organisational initiatives which include diversity and inclusive recruitment practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience of recruiting for the broader communications, media, advertising industry, although not essential, is preferred.
  • Proven success in designing and delivering talent acquisition programmes and initiatives.
  • High degree of confidentiality, integrity and sound judgment.
  • Natural problem solver.
  • Able to influence positive outcomes and build highly effective relationships.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, Planning and Organisational Skills.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Able to manage and support multiple stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and able to deliver at a high level of quality.
  • Ability to multitask and progress with efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
