We are looking for... a Senior Account Manager with 4+ years experience. Digital and Social experience essential.

About the role

Supporting the day to day Client Management and Project Management requirements on projects. The key focus is to learn the business, development and delivery, building client relationships, quality of service, on time and on budget completion of world-class work.


  • Create and manage world class experience output for existing client business.
  • Acting as key support to Account Director and Project Director.
  • Accountable for client status meetings and status reporting.
  • Drive agility, efficiency and momentum on projects.
  • Learn the client business, brand and products.
  • Build trust and confidence with all departments.
  • Support the day to day client and account requirements.
  • Ensures project plans and budgets are met at delivery.
  • Ensure learning on all jobs, asks questions, seeks advice.
  • Build relationships with media and partner agencies.
  • Ensure excellent attention to detail across all tasks.
  • Build understanding of the business functions and disciplines.
  • Escalate issues when necessary.
  • Build trust and confidence with clients.
  • Be networked with clients at the mid-level.
  • Consistent delivery of account KPI’s on assigned projects.
  • Deliver continuous commercial success in line with role.
  • Manage day to day making of client projects – to include: taking briefing, resourcing, managing the internal commercial process.
  • Manage third party production or sourcing, preparation for presentation and co-ordination of all suppliers.
  • Writing F2 & F3 briefs and leading out the process.
  • Collaborate and consult with all disciplines across the AI network.


  • Proven substantial client facing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage mid-level briefs and clients.
  • Ability to understand BIC practices across touch points.
  • Show aptitude and drive in the creation of great work.
  • Have a real curiousity for the industry and client business.
  • Omni channel experience.
  • Competent in critiquing work and making judgement calls to ensure it is on brand and strategy.
  • Proficiency in resourcing projects and driving operational agility.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner both written and verbally.
  • A willingness to learn and put in the hard yards.
  • Experience of building great relationships with all disciplines based on understanding and respect.
  • Ability to spot ways and opportunities to support the team and deliver above and beyond for clients.

  • A room reader and problem solver.
  • Project Management training – commercial training, agile work methods, design thinking, project methodology, production basics.
  • Industry training – new media, performance communications, brand planning, media effectiveness, sales, presentation skills, brief writing.
  • Completed pricing training.
  • 4 + experience in Account Management or Management role in a creative agency.
  • Gained substantial client facing experience.
  • Experience of working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working with Account Management, Resource Management and collaboration tools.
  • Highly organised with superb attention to detail.
  • Open, approachable and diplomatic.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Able to manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Commercially aware.
  • Good numerical/financial understanding.
  • Excellent EQ skills.
