We are looking for... an Experienced Account Director with 8+ years in an agency role.

About the role

Lead and manage client ambition through the delivery of world-class experience output and team performance.


  • Managing strategic, creative and commercial requirements on key client accounts.
  • Working in support to Business Director and acting as trusted advisor for the client and extended team.
  • Responsible for leading and managing the requirements for key clients.
  • Owner of the account and project P & L.
  • Deliver strong commercial return on every account and project.
  • Write, lead and sell a strong scope of work.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the clients brands and business.
  • Actively network at the mid-level across the client business and with third party partners.
  • Seek and develop opportunities for the client business and agency.
  • Collaborate with all other disciplines to support the delivery of complex client solutions.
  • Apply agility and momentum to work methods and resourcing to drive operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and train team members, ensuring they are meeting their progression plans.
  • Provide consistent delivery of account KPI’s and commercial targets.
  • Show ability to apply new marketing and business thinking to strategic and creative responses.
  • Embed effectiveness into a strategic and creative response.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary complex end to end projects.
  • Develop, write and sell strategic and creative solutions.

  • Project Management training – commercial training, agile work methods, design thinking, project methodology.
  • 8+ years experience in Management or Lead Role in a creative agency.
  • Proven track record in developing strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated delivery of strategic, creative and commercial success for clients.
  • Experience of working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Proven results as an active pitch team member.
  • Open, approachable and diplomatic.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Able to manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Commercially aware.
  • Good numerical/financial understanding.
  • Excellent EQ skills.
