We are looking for a CRO Expert who will be responsible for going beyond testing to constantly improve conversion results for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Run digital journey experimentation and build experimentation roadmaps aimed at improving the end-to-end customer journey and improve the conversion rate.
  • Work in coaching the organisation in implementing a test and learn culture through an excellent communication and collaboration.
  • Analyse and understand digital journey, across different properties to understand frictions and make a plan to reduce them.
  • Support the client in understanding priorities and create test and experimentation roadmaps based on these priorities.
  • Run the experimentation and implement options within the CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely).
  • Review the test and suggest permanent changes on the website.
  • Drive digital assessments at client sites. This includes "as is"/"to be" design sessions and documentation to enable solution development.
  • Interlock across the UK and Ireland businesses to support new business development and client delivery
  • Be responsible for producing actionable insights and the application of those insights through optimisation strategies

Requirements

  • Experience and knowledgeable with CRO tools (e.g. Optimizely)
  • Launch selected CRO tool and develop a/b tests
  • Measure effectiveness of customer journeys with CRO data
  • Create data-based hypothesis with recommended actions to improve customer experience
  • Run quick paced tests across multitude of channels to support client’s strategic roadmap
  • Find patterns and vulnerabilities in datasets, validate or reject hypothesis
  • Create reports and analysis of ROI
  • Deep understanding of user behaviour
  • Work in a complex environment in a cross-functional team
  • Knowledge of UX and UI methodologies
  • Good understanding of GA/GTM
