As a Creative Project Manager, you will be the day to day manager of projects within the Content & Social practice.
A critical role in the agency the Project Manager will own the ‘work in progress on all projects through the business working with the group companies to maximise collaboration and integration opportunities from Project initiation to final delivery. In addition to overseeing the cycle of all project deliverables, you will own the production of creative content projects, from brief to final delivery.
Working closely with the Resource teams, you will ensure projects are accurately resourced with the right talent across the agency. You will oversee the project cycle of all project deliverables, you will own the production of simple digital projects, from brief to final delivery.
You will make things happen. You will be the glue between departments. You will identify issues before they become problems. You will be firm but fair in motivating your project team using great emotional intelligence at all times. Always three steps ahead - you will ensure everyone on the project team is informed on the next steps and clearly outlined their responsibility and accountability.
You will gently guide the project team using the agency process, methodology and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will be flexible (the only constant changes but how you handle that change can make or break any experience or project, flexibility engenders creative thinking) As the pivotal point of the project team, you will be working on projects with multiple channel deliverables, driving large multi-disciplinary teams of people to deliver integrated projects on time and within budget successfully.
